We are very responsive but we ask that will call customers call us at about 30%. This should give us enough time to efficiently make your delivery before you run out of product.
Propane tanks filled on site must be a minimum of 10 feet away from direct vent intakes, and sources of ignition such as air conditioning units. Tanks larger than 125 gallons must be placed a minimum of 10 feet from a building.
It is best to have us come out and see where the safest place is for your tank.
No, we can't fill another company's propane tank. But if you like, we can supply you with our tank, or sell you your own tanks, that we can fill!
If we cannot pull the hose from the road to access your tank, we ask that you clear your driveway or lane of snow and ice so our driver can safely make the delivery. We let it up to the driver to best determine the safety of the situation for each individual situation. Propane trucks are very heavy (up to 33,000lbs) and once they loose traction they will slide to the lowest point or where they regain traction. Because of this it can be cost prohibitive for us to pay for expensive tow bills, and damage to the trucks to try and make deliveries to unclear driveways and lanes.
